At Medikonsult, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions or services purchased through our platform.

2. No Refund for Used Services

Payments made for services already used, accessed, or activated are non-refundable. Once a feature, consultation, or subscription benefit has been utilized, no refund will be processed under any circumstance.

3. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees, whether monthly, quarterly, or annual, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a particular offer.

Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments or incorrect charges due to a technical issue, you may request a refund. After verifying the transaction, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the service is not activated due to technical reasons, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If not received, users may contact our support team for verification.

6. No Refund for Change of Mind

Refund requests based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction unrelated to technical issues do not qualify for a refund.

7. Special Promotions & Discounts

Payments made during promotional offers, discounts, or limited-time deals are non-refundable. These offers are final and cannot be reversed or partially refunded.

8. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above conditions, please contact our support team with:

  • Registered email address or phone number
  • Screenshot of the payment receipt (if applicable)
  • A short explanation of the issue

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Medikonsult reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
